I represent a technology called Clipstream.

Clipstream LIVE will allow you to webcast the event LIVE to hundreds. We have done so in the past. (Video and Audio at multiple bandwidths)

Easy to set up.

Need a laptop, a camera, static IP, lots of bandwidth preferably (else needs a Datacentre hosted Clipstream Repeater software). A router in the middle will need to be portforwarded, (NATting).

Single streams can be 64 kbps, 128kbps, 256 kbps - upwards. Also multibitrates.

The LIVE feed is also archived locally so that it can be streamed offline soon after the event.
