Please bear with any issues that might exist with this. I just had a couple of hours to work on this :(

[edit] Resources Available
[edit] Rooms
- L11 (Ground Floor): Seats atleast 65, can accomodate upto 85-90 people. Includes ceiling mounted projector and whiteboard
- L12 (Ground Floor): Same as above
- L21 (First Floor): Same as above
- L22 (First Floor): Same as above
- K21 (First Floor): Same as above (Available after 11:30 am on Saturday, Sunday available for the entire day)
- Auditorium (Ground Floor): Can accomodate atleast 250 people, and a maximum of 300 people (Wi-Fi enabled)
[edit] Open Spaces
- Open space between L11 and L12: Walls on two sides, staircase on third, open on fourth. Too bright for projectors, but great for exhibits or small gatherings.
- Open space between L21 and L22: Walls on two sides, staircase on third, open on fourth. Too bright for projectors, but great for exhibits or small gatherings
- Corridor alongside rooms: narrower than the space between rooms, but less exposed to the sun, and therefore more suitable for projectors. Walls are grey, so projection surfaces are required. (We do not have projectors or surfaces available apart from those fixed within the rooms, so check if someone is contributing below.)
- Lawn outside L cluster area: great outdoor ambience for groups of 15-20. May be too sunny for extended use, or, given it's July, too rainy.
- Additional corridors around campus: while we do not officially have access to these, the venue providers may not mind as long as we do not clutter the space.
[edit] Projectors
- Five projectors fixed to ceiling in the five rooms. Cannot be moved. No additional projectors provided by venue.
[edit] Whiteboards
- Whiteboards fixed to wall in each of the five rooms. We're trying to procure more for collectives that organise in the corridors.
- One White board available in auditorium
