We would normally just use a wiki board for this, but since we're expecting a lot more people this time, and since we have a lot of small collectives that will only meet for an hour or three, these broad assignments are meant to help collectives get a sense of where and when to meet.

We have five classrooms and one auditorium. Four rooms are within shouting distance of each other. See venue details

The rooms will be allocated to collectives for a maximum period of six hours per day. You're welcome to use any available space during the unallocated hours, but please don't overload your participants: six hours are more than most of us can pay attention for.

If you have an issue with what your collective is assigned, please contact Jace before making any changes here. jace at pobox dot com or 99452 35123 (please message rather than call during working hours -- I'm usually running between meetings).

Resources

Hi, I tried working out tables and all kinds of ascii art to get a suggestive schedule going. But i ended up spending more time on formatting the wiki than conveying what i wanted . Well, here's something that i hacked up so that other's don't face the same problem . simply copy cell data from your excel spread sheet, and paste. finito->i ExcelKoder takes care of the rest and gives you not only wiki text ,but a preview,as well as the equivalent html in case u want to host it somewhere online. 8 )
