About the BCB4 E-governance Collective
This Collective is being formed to discuss a specific conference on e-governance tentatively scheduled for December this year. The goal of the conference is to look at the design of E-Governance systems from the point of view of Information Architectures, Specifications, and Standards, and not just the economics and administration of the e-governance processes in place. The conference is also interested in examining the role of technologies, the infrastructure in place and the socio-political implications -- specially in the Indian context -- on the architecture of e-governance systems. The Collective is to start the first steps at organising and shaping the conference.
