[edit] About the Blogging Collective
‘Blogging’ an individual’s power when it comes to publishing a little piece of his mind in the web. His revolt against the fourth estate’s privilege, editor’s political monopoly, publisher’s economic convenience. Blogging a businessman’s platform to reach out to his customers, interact with them heart to heart, an artist’s platform to showcase his work, no more holding costly exhibitions, a non-techie’s answer, “HTML isn’t the key dude, I have push button publishing”. Blogging an introvert’s paradise, an extrovert’s paradise too…coz he just can’t have enough of talking, a community for like minded people…there is just no end to how much can you achieve with blogging.
Be a part of the BCB4 Blogger's Collective to know everything you ever wanted to learn, ask or explore about blogging.
During the two days of BCB4, the Blog'a'Loreans, a collective of about 50 Bangalore based bloggers would be brainstorming blogger's interests and would try to come out with a common agenda, to make blogging more productive and meaningful.

Blogging - Tips and Tricks
1) Topics for blogging
Most often new bloggers give up on blogging due to lack of interesting topics. We keep hearing this, "I feel like writing but not sure what to write about." We might have a discussion on which are the popular topics to blog about, what attracts high hits, which can fetch more money etc.
2) With great powers comes greater responsibilities
Talking about censorship and copyright issues, it is time that we as bloggers have a reality check on how much of freedom of speech are we to exercise and where to draw the line. Secondly, we need to ask after having this laid our hands at this tool for about 2-3 years, where should we go from here.
3) Personality of the blogger v. the blogger:
Indentity Management through Blog or the Psychology of the blog
4) Education, Abroad studies and blogging
5) Shall we censor | Darker side of blogging
How reliable is the information on the blog, given the fact that blog owner can control and tamper everything, from date of publishing the post to comments made on it etc. Should we then really have absolutely free flow of all kinds of contents? Shall we allow inflammatory blogs in the name of freedom of speech?
6) Blogging trends accross nations -
7) Celebrity Bloggers
8) Frequency of Posting - effects on quality of blog
9) Blogging Syndication and their impact on freedom of expression
Its like this, say a famous blogger expresses his PoV on something and everybody else in his group tends to agree and only agree. Let us ask ourselves are we really exercising our Freedom of Expression.
10) Blogging in Regional languages - Available support and technology
