We should keep a framework ready which can be used by us (or any other group in the future), to organize a BarCamp or any other similar event in little time and with less effort.

  1. Checklist of things to be done
  2. A framework of setting deadlines
  3. Another for setting up responsibilities and checking individual and overall progress.
